POSITION PROFILE:
Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for sales and contracts administration for all government related and service center customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process all government customer purchase orders in ERP system
- Ensure that current policies on pricing, discounts and products are fully complied with in quotations, including Non-Standard process, GSA Contract requirements, etc.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions regarding pricing, product & availability
- Create delivery notes & invoicing for orders related to your customer base
- Assist customers with information regarding their purchase orders with the company
- Assist Contracts Director with all contracting modifications on customer orders under your control
- Ensure that all requirements and governmental terms are met in delivering the product as specified per the contract
- Manage on-line third-party customer Invoicing portals (Exostar, WAWF…)
- Create/maintain monthly reports & metrics
- Maintain records on customer orders, data entry, filing and other clerical duties
- Comply with DSI policies, procedures and security requirements
- Additional duties as assigned by Space Solutions management team
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role experience
- Knowledge of government contracts and terms; ability to track requirements on orders and comply with FARS and DFARS
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work in a self-directed environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and pruriency in the use of standard business software tools
- Fluency in the English Language
- Must be a US Citizen or hold US Protected Individual status
IDEALLY, YOU’LL ALSO HAVE:
- Experience with wide area workflow (WAWF), Exostar and GSA advantage
- Fluency in the French language
TRAVEL: <10%
Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000
