POSITION PROFILE:
This position is responsible for planning and directing the execution of contract requirements for assigned programs to assure that cost, schedule, and performance goals are met while ensuring customer satisfaction
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build the proposal, the SOW compliance matrix, and the cost estimates.
- Develop Work Breakdown Structure and Integrated Master Schedules.
- Prepare and run Program milestone Reviews (KOM, PDR, CDR, Site activities) and other periodic customer reviews.
- Develop KPI / objectives regarding Quality, Cost, Schedule, Technical Performance and Customer Satisfaction and monitor it on a regular basis.
- Lead the Integrated Program Team gathering personnel from Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing and Sales in the US and act as the point of contact to antenna facility, headquartered in France.
- Perform as the main interface with the customer during program execution.
- Foster the relationship between customer and the Integrated Program Team
- Analyze and address risks and opportunities of the program.
- Track cost and perform financial analysis to assess program cost incurred, prepare rolling forecast, determine Estimate At Completion (EAC) and expected Gross Margin
- Present in a synthetic way Program Status to top management during Program Management Reviews
- Perform related miscellaneous duties, as necessary.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field highly preferred.
- PMP or CAPM Certification preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills while having the ability to be a team player.
- Must have U.S. Protected Individual status
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in project or program management is preferred.
- Fluency in the English language is required
IDEALLY, YOU’LL ALSO HAVE:
- Familiarity with working in an ITAR environment.
- Experience with telemetry antennas
- Experience with defense contracts
- Experience with Engineering Development processes
- Experience working for smaller companies with hands-on approach and go-getter mentality
- Fluency in the French language is a plus
