POSITION PROFILE:

 

This role will spearhead the development and expansion of this GEOINT AI analytics business in the US market. The ideal candidate has a relevant background with the NGA (National Geospatial- Intelligence Agency), NRO (National Reconnaissance Office), DHS, DoD, US Coalitions. Will have a proven track record in project management, business development, and strategic planning. This role is crucial for driving growth and enhancing our market presence in the US, managing all aspects of market entry and expansion projects from inception to execution.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Conduct comprehensive market investigations to identify new business opportunities and understand this emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to develop actionable insights and strategies for market penetration and growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion in the US.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and key deliverables.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Negotiate and close deals that align with the company’s objectives and growth targets.
  • Oversee project management for US market development, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, finance, R&D and operations to ensure seamless execution of market strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities tailored to the US market.
  • Drive sales initiatives and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding market share.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

 

  • Relevant operational background working with and interfacing with government agencies.  An understanding of their structure, operating processes, programs and requirements.
  • Strong understanding of the US Defense and Intelligence market, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and industry trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, project management or a related role, with a focus on market expansion.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects and driving business growth in enterprise or government software.
  • Strong understanding of the US Defense and Intelligence market, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • US Citizenship.
  • Secret Clearance 

 

IDEALLY, YOU’LL ALSO HAVE:

 

  • Top Secret Clearance
  • Familiarity with working in an ITAR environment.
  • Experience working within a matrix structure.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • TS/SCI security clearance.
