DoD SkillBridge Partner

As an official DoD SkillBridge Partner, we provide real-world training and work experience for transitioning service members during their final 180 days of service. In the past two years, we have hosted several SkillBridge Interns, with two securing full-time employment with our organization and another joining a trusted distributor in our network.

Safran Defense & Space Inc. is a proud supporter and partner of Hiring Our Heroes, a nationwide initiative that connects transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses with meaningful employment opportunities. Through fellowship programs, career services, and networking events, Hiring Our Heroes empowers military talent to successfully transition into civilian careers.

They are also a DoD-authorized SkillBridge provider - two of our SkillBridge Interns came to us through Hiring Our Heroes! As a partner, we are committed to supporting our nation’s heroes by fostering pathways to employment that leverage their unique skills, leadership, and dedication. 

Active Guard & Reserve Members

In addition to supporting our Veterans, we are also proud to have hired several active Guard and Reserve members. In 2025, ESGR presented the Patriot Award to one of Safran DSI's managers, recognizing their outstanding support for employees serving in the Guard and Reserve. Also in 2025, Safran DSI received the Above and Beyond Award from ESGR for outstanding support of the Guard and Reserve service members.
